Wat een sjagerijnige vent, die denkt dat je achterlijk bent en als je niets meer wilt dan wat je gehuurd hebt, dan wordt het alleen maar erger. Laat je lang wachten op de auto, terwijl die al vuil klaar stond. Hier kom ik zeker nooit meer terug, moet wel zeggen toen ik de auto inleverde die waren wel vriendelijk.
We hired a 9 seater, customer service excellent. We also requested a child seat, we were told to pop and collect one from the young man outside,they had a selection, not up to same standard as home, however we selected one fitted it in car and realised that the catch was broken, if we had been in crash our grandson could potentially have suffered serious injuries, we went back to explain this and the young man put it back on shelf, we explained the dangers etc, but he was clearly not bothered, plus there were 2 othervcolkeagues standing outside and found this amusing.im totally appalled at their attitude to health and safety,we selected another seat and left, when returning it week later the broken one was still on shelf, I really need you to address this and talk to the colleagues concerned.
Pessimo atendimento. Nao recomendo.
